Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yoga student, each class allows you to focus on your inner-self for a more fit and peaceful you. Move slowly, breathe deeply and honor your's body's strengths and limitations. Lisa blends her compassionate style with the detail of the Iyengar system to cultiivate a yoga experience that both relaxes and renews. An innovator in mind-body fitness, Lisa created Mindful Fitness in 1994 and has been teaching in Point Loma since 1996.
Please bring a small blanket or large towel, mat, block and strap. Some props are available for new students.
Friday classes are held in Studio #204.
