NEW�INSIGHT MEDITATION STUDY GROUP - INSIGHT SAN DIEGO: EXPLORING THE FOUNDATIONS OF MINDFULNESS WITH JOSEPH GOLDSTEIN. *OPEN TO NEW MEMBERS*

Using Joseph Goldstein s new book --Mindfulness - A Practical Guide to Awakening-- as a guide, this new group will methodically explore the fundamental path to awakening as described by the Buddha in the Satipatthana Sutta. We meet 6:30-8:45pm. Due to popular demand, a silent meditation will begin at 6pm for all of those wanting to come early. Study group will officially begin promptly at 6:30pm with a 15 minute sit.
