Behind the Scenes at NTC Promenade Forum
The NTC Foundation schedules public forums on occasion to provide information to and obtain input from interested community groups and individuals regarding NTC Promenade, the Civic Arts and Cultural Center at Liberty Station.
Forums help the NTC Foundation further define our vision, introduce the community to our Resident Groups, and bring new ideas to the forefront.
